In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, MD.USE., as the entity responsible for the file(s), informs you that the personal data you supply throughout your relationship with our company, including your e-mail and all personal data that we can access during the established relationship will be treated in a file(s) duly registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation.

The information that may be submitted will be incorporated into MD.USE information systems. Said data will be used exclusively to deal with your communication with us. By indication, facilitation or introduction of your data, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Data Protection Act you grant MD.USE unequivocal consent to proceed, in pursuance of the purposes mentioned in the previous section, with the use of your personal data. Furthermore, this consent extends to the transfer of data according to the applicable legislation.

Access to your personal data will be carried out only by authorized personnel and subject to an obligation of confidentiality and to treat them in accordance with the Data Protection Act 15/1999 and Royal Decree 1720/2007. Under no circumstances may said data be used for purposes other than those authorized herein or for commercial or advertising purposes and can not be transferred to third parties.

At any time you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition and, where appropriate, cancellation by writing with details of your data to MD.USE.
